Exclusive Early Access for EAUN members!
We are pleased to announce that EAUN members will receive exclusive early access to the hotel booking platform for the upcoming 25th International EAUN Meeting in Madrid.
If you are an EAUN Member, please enter your email address and membership ID to book your hotel.
From 2 October 2024, the hotel booking platform will also be available for non-members.
K.I.T. Group GmbH has been appointed as the official housing agent for the 40th Annual EAU Congress and 25th International EAUN Meeting in Madrid. We always recommend booking through our housing agent as these rooms are reserved well in advance and affordable. Booking through the congress website is also the best way to avoid fraudulent third-party sales of hotel rooms or congress registrations.

Congress Consultants B.V. is the only official congress organiser appointed by the EAUN to handle registrations for EAUN25. |
Be wary of third parties selling hotel rooms and registrations for EAUN25. These companies give the impression that they are the official handling agency and deceive congress participants by using a range of tactics often including unauthorised usage of the EAUN logo. In frequent cases, congress participants have been led to believe that they had made a registration, to find out onsite that no registrations were made whereas their credit cards were charged.
