*Proof of status is required. A proof of status is an official letter, confirming your current position, written in English and signed by the head of the hospital department. The letter should be written on official hospital letterhead (or have a stamp) and shouldn’t be older than 6 months.
Delegates with a full registration are entitled to:
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Access to the EAUN-ESU organised Courses (additional registration optional, you will receive a pre- and a post test)
- Access to industry sponsored sessions
- Access to the EAUN Exhibition; open on Saturday, Sunday, Monday
- Access to the EAU Exhibition; open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- Access to the EAUN26 Resource Centre
- Obtain a congress bag and congress-related documents

EAUN Membership
Please note that outstanding payments for EAUN membership will be checked by the EAUN Central Office. Reduction on the registration fee will NOT be granted if your EAUN membership subscription of 2026 is not paid or if there are other outstanding amounts.
