EAUN members have early access to book hotels in Madrid
This year, the EAUN and its housing partner, K.I.T. Group GmbH can offer EAUN members exclusive early access to the EAUN25 Madrid housing platform. That means that EAUN members have the first choice of affordable and conveniently located hotels when they visit the meeting next March.
Every year the EAUN, through its housing partner, pre-books hotel rooms so that there is enough availability for delegates. Participants who book through the hotel booking platform can be sure to get the best rates when other housing providers might charge more once congress dates are known and the scarcity increases.
EAUN members can identify themselves when entering the hotel booking platform with their e-mail address and membership ID. EAUN members will have exclusive access until 2 October 2024, when other delegates will also receive access to book hotel rooms.
