EAUN22 postponed – New dates soon!

We regret to inform you that we have been forced to postpone the 22nd International EAUN Meeting in Amsterdam (EAUN22) to late spring or early summer. We hope to announce new dates by mid-February.

The reason for this unfortunate decision is that the Dutch government’s rules and regulations currently do not permit the organisation of a meeting of the EAU and EAUN’s size, high standards and optimal networking opportunities.

We need the coming weeks to finalise arrangements but one thing is certain, the format of the EAU Congress and EAUN Meeting will remain as previously communicated. You can count on a three-day EAUN meeting, an EAU and EAUN exhibition, a packed scientific programme and hopefully many delegates from around the world.

If you have already registered, your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date. The online registration system remains open for new registrations. The early fee will be extended and will be updated as soon as we know the exact dates. The registration fee deadlines will then be adjusted in line with the new timelines. If you are unable to attend EAUN22 on the new dates, you can change your registration for physical attendance into an online registration. The price difference will be reimbursed minus an administrative fee. Cancellation options will also be extended to reflect the new dates, once announced.

This is clearly not how we had hoped to start a new year, but as always, the safety of our members, your patients and all our partners comes first. As soon as the new dates are confirmed we will update you via e-mail, social media and the EAUN22 meeting website.

Once again we would like to thank you for your understanding and patience. We sincerely hope that this postponement will allow many of you to join us this spring or summer and we look forward to seeing you in Amsterdam.

Best regards,
